DHC in action
What does The Daily Health Coach actually look like?

We use participatory action research (PAR) and realist evaluation, placing young women at the centre of every stage - from content creation to analysis - so we can:
-
Co-design with lived experience to ensure content resonates culturally, emotionally, and practically.
-
Test and refine using realist evaluation to understand context, mechanism, and outcome - continuously improving impact.
-
Translate evidence into scroll-stopping content that empowers rather than triggers - shifting food relationships, body trust, and digital literacy.

01
Quarterly co-design workshops
These take place both in online and in person settings.
02
online community for ongoing ideation
New ideas to keep all DHC content fresh and relevant

03
rotating content co-creators
User-generated content co-creation of reels, tiktoks, posts, articles, podcasts etc.
04
mentorship pairing
Nutrition students, public health students and young women collaborate on content.
