DHC in action

What does The Daily Health Coach actually look like?

We use participatory action research (PAR) and realist evaluation, placing young women at the centre of every stage - from content creation to analysis - so we can:

  • Co-design with lived experience to ensure content resonates culturally, emotionally, and practically.

  • Test and refine using realist evaluation to understand context, mechanism, and outcome - continuously improving impact.

  • Translate evidence into scroll-stopping content that empowers rather than triggers - shifting food relationships, body trust, and digital literacy.
